crtpdump/crtpundump - RTP Dump tool
For the latest version use cvs.
Overview
The Real-time Transport Protocol, RTP, provides quality of service
feedback with reception reports(RTCP) sent alongside the media stream. If the
media is sent via IP multicast it is possible for a third party to snoop
on these reception reports, displaying the contents of RTP and RTCP packets,
or dumping them to a file. The crtpdump/crtpundump applications performs such snooping.
Usage: crtpdump address/port (eg: crtpdump 224.2.172.238/51482)
crtpdump -version
The applications crtpdump/crtpundump work on ipv4 and ipv6. Tested on IPv6 on Linux.
