        No, no [again :-]. I'm wrong, you are right. You state the
restriction correctly above. I am guilty of fuzzy thinking on that one.

        Whatever one might think about broadcast pings, they are not
against the rules today. They may just be rather dangerous or
impolite. Sorry to everyone for the error and any resulting confusion.
