FDDI Addressing a' la' RFC 1042

FDDI uses the 802.2 DLC, and does not have source routing. It should
be like 802.3 or 802.4. 802.2 class 1 UI, and SNAP. FDDI does have
rather large packets, 4500 bytes, enough for 4096 bytes of data and
all the headers you can imagine.

There may be some discussions about some of the IP type of service,
precedence, etc., and the fancier modes for sending packets in FDDI.
