I have received a number of complaints about the connection between nets
128.165.32 and 192.12.15. Does anyone have an inkling as to why the echo
turnaround is over 10 seconds or non existent?
An example complaint:
> "It's always been bad. I tried it last yesterday. It's not working at
> all at the moment. Is there any trick ... "
Is there an official channel to voice complaints?
