Did I misunderstand or has the decision to change the PSNs so
as "to behave as they did under the Old End-to_End", at least as regards
the RR frame, been changed. The current mode of operation, letting one
packet through per circuit setup, seems bizarre (at best). It's also
apparently driving my L3 software crazy.
Possibly you're not the person to ask the following question of but
I've got to start somewhere. When BBN modifies the X.25 behavior (such as
changing RR requirements) shouldn't DCA require recertification? My memory
is (hopefully) older than your glasses, but I thought X.25 certification was
required by DCA.
