my guess is that it is an expansion of some list that 's gone bad.
the site looks like NTA in Norway (nta.no) -- my guess would be tcp-ip.

        I just received about 7 messages like the one that follows.
        I'm clueless as to why I got them. I never tried
        to send to this place. Is this another one of those
        unsolved network mysteries?

        Any answers? clues?
