Having a name in a particular case is not contrary to the spirit of
RFC 952. Of course it doesn't make a difference to the software, but
it may make an emotional difference to the users. Names are very
touchy things to some people.

We resisted mixed case for a while due to the extra work involved in
maintaining the database.
