Foo. Berkeley petitioned us for the longest time to take the mixed case
name contrary to our original policy. We finally gave in and said, yes
you can have a mixed case name (in line with the domain
I have no problem with the host table being in mixed case, though a
little slow experimentation would have made the changeover easier. RFC
952 says no case distinction is made, perhaps warning us that mixed
case might occur in the table. But this ``petitioning'' thing sounds
like someone is making a distinction, and that is contrary to RFC 952.
Maybe we should start petitioning NIC to periodically change the case
of random characters in the table, just to make sure no one thinks that
it makes a difference.
