We are currently performing an independant assessment of the WIS program. One
of the issues raised is whether commercial equipment could be used to solve
the WIS requirements.
One of the requirements of WIS is a single login. A potential solution is to
use the rlogin capability found on most Unix hosts. Does anyone know whether
this command is to be found in network implementations for machines other than
Unix. Specifically does rlogin exist for IBM mainframes or VAXs running VMS.
