DBridge is part of the Wollongong package. This is a VMS process which
opens a Decnet circuit to another DBridge process across the Decnet.
The DBridge process uses a raw socket to pass IP datagrams to/from the
local TCP/IP kernel and forward them across the Decnet. This allows
a TCP/IP network to be layered on top of a Decnet. If one of the TCP/IP
nodes is connected to a real IP network, it can route IP datagrams to/from
that network.
